Almost every Biofloc farmer has become a YouTuber. Uploading their training programs and sharing their experiences via video. Without even considering whether it is worth sharing? And most of the time paints a promising picture of Biofloc, which of course too good to be true.
Although the Biofloc system does not require any kind of extensive training but it does requires some basic understanding and practical know-how. You should be careful while selecting the trainer.
Trainers in local the market will offer one or two days of training, which could include whiteboard classes and a visit or two to the farm but in reality, it requires time and practice.
Until you practice Biofloc and understand how to do it yourself you will not get the basis of the system, usually, in 4-6 months, that's how long it will take to harvest your first crop.
